Working for a small professional Internet services company, your role will include but not limited to book keeping, office administration, and small about of PA duties.Very close to public transport!!!With flexible hours and 4 to 5 hour working day (around school hours) available.In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:
  • Invoicing of clients,
  • Processing of client receipts
  • Account management
  • Assist with preparation of BAS reporting
  • Payment of supplier invoices
  • Processing of employee pays
  • Bank reconciliations
  • General Office Administration Functions.
