Working for a small professional Internet services company, your role will include but not limited to book keeping, office administration, and small about of PA duties. Very close to public transport!!! With flexible hours and 4 to 5 hour working day (around school hours) available. In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:
  • Invoicing of clients,
  • Processing of client receipts
  • Account management
  • Assist with preparation of BAS reporting
  • Payment of supplier invoices
  • Processing of employee pays
  • Bank reconciliations
  • General Office Administration Functions.
