Ideally this position would suit someone with a previous background in sales as it is very focused on up-skilling and warm sales.

Duties & Responsibilties:

  • Building rapport with a board range of clients
  • Inbound and/or outbound calls
  • Exceptional Customer service
  • Assist with customer enquiries
  • Sign up new agreements/ follow up existing clients
  • Achieving weekly targets/KPI’s
  • General administration

The successful candidate must have:

  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Strong Sales Background
  • Knowledge of CRM based software would be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Friendly, caring and open minded attitude
  • Being proactive and flexible is essential
