Our client who is located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, which is a government department is looking for customer service consultants to join their VIP team in handling challenging phone enquiries due to business expansion.

4 weeks training will be provided to successful candidates as a part of your role.

Start date: 25th May, 2015

Very close to public transport!!!

Flexible shift hours will be rotating between the hours of 8.00am – 9.00pm Monday to Friday.

Ideal candidates will need to possess:

  • Ability to handle challenging calls.
  • Previous call center experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbals skills
