At this stage we are looking for expressions of Interests from candidates who are looking to work as a Career Coach in the recruitment Industry.

This coaching role will have a commercial side to it however KPIS’s are will based on how well you retain and engage participants to follow their passion in their chosen direction.

This role is what it is, there are no hidden hard sales agendas or KPI’s so we are only accepting applications from real Career and Job coaching professionals who come from a real coaching and development background.

The ideal candidate must possess:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in any of the below areas:

o Recruitment Agency

o Recruitment HR

o Human Resources

o Training and Development

o Physical Education and Personal Training

o Life Coaching

· The ability to benchmark candidate’s knowledge in regards to job hunting.

· Design development plans and coaching plans to increase their job hunting skills

· Facilitate coaching and development sessions via phone, e-mail, online social media and face to face mediums.

· Provide feedback in regards to perception management that is in line with industry discrimination laws

· Minimum – Cert IV TAE or applicable life coaching and career coaching certifications

· Desirable – Physical education qualifications

We need a career coaches that practice what they preach, you will increase your chances if you have a healthy work lifestyle balance and strong outside of work goals, including following your own passions and desires. We need model examples not people that know the right things to say.
